AEL Factory Complex: AEL intends to expand their Farm machineries operation to not only accommodate a larger inventory premises but to bring in sustainability and clean environment alongside.

Location:  As part of the expansion, 10 acres of land has been designated at Borta, Bhaluka Upazila; a facility of small scale already runs in the premises comprising of a sizeable warehouse & a PDI Center. The area will further include additional storage sheds, warehouses, accommodation & dining facilities for the operating staff, open spaces for staff assembly, loading & unloading facilities as well as infrastructures aimed at enhancing staff productivity.

Design Approach & Strategies: To realize the client’s vision for warehouse facilities, our approach integrates several key strategies. These include leveraging local vegetation to mitigate heat island effects and implementing sustainable consumption practices. A central feature of our design is a green corridor with pedestrian walkways, seamlessly blending nature with the industrial backdrop. Ensuring the tractor factory operates efficiently is paramount, optimizing workflow and logistics to enhance productivity.

Landscape & Sustainability: Research underscores the importance of natural light and green environments in reducing stress and boosting employee well-being. By incorporating these elements into our design, we aim to create a workplace where employees are inspired and less anxious, fostering a healthier and more productive atmosphere. Additionally, the integration of open, park-like spaces encourages staff to relax and rejuvenate, further contributing to a positive work environment.
